Some of you guys have asked us how to make original rLight to fit Ninebot MAX G30. This is impossible… and no longer needed as we started developing rLight MAX. Guess which scooter is for ;)
A new version of rLight, devoted to Ninebot Max G30 and aimed at replacing scooter’s motor wheel decorative plastic covers with a pair of extra rear lights, differs from original rLight for Mi scooters (i.e. m365 model line) only in design of the case both to correspond Ninebot’s style and actually to fit Max’s frame. All the electronic equipment is totally the same: rLight MAX will feature ultra-bright LEDs, long-run rechargeable battery, touch control via built in capacitive sensor and waterproof case.

Despite rear wheel of Ninebot MAX G30 is a motor wheel and it’s fixed to the frame with a huge nut that significantly exceeds the size of the bolt used to fix ordinary rear wheel of Xiaomi scooters to their frame, dimensions of rLight and rLight MAX are almost equal (74x27x50 mm vs 70x24x54 mm). In regards to scooter’s original motor wheel decorative plastic covers difference in dimensions is slightly more dramatic – original covers’ sizes are 70x16x36 mm.

The very first prototype of rLight MAX successfully passed ‘’compatibility’’ test, i.e. it ideally fitted the frame of Ninebot Max G30. You are welcome to check the results of this test via pictures below.
